In February the Society for Range Management held the 66th annual International meeting, technical training and trade show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Native America, Native Rangelands was the slogan for the 2013 event. The highlight of the meeting was the plenary session held to kick off the event. The theme was “The Future of Rangeland FIre in a Changing World”. Experts in the field of fire from around the world were brought in to discuss the impacts, needs and problems associated with fire.
